CONTROLLER

Job Summary: Responsible for current and long term performance and support to the HUBER+SUHNER, N.A subsidiary.  Responsible for the finance organization and functions including accounting, costing, analysis, budgeting, planning, cash management, and financial reporting. Assures that accounting records are prepared, maintained and reported in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications: Ten years of progressive financial experience including at least 5 years of management.  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial or Business Administration is required. CPA certification is desired. Experience in all aspects of accounting with at least 5 years of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.  Prior BaaN knowledge and lean accounting experience is desired.  Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships, preferably within a multi-national environment.  Some travel is required.
