The respective login page will open. Here you can log in with your username (email) and password:

After a successful login you will see the summary page with the user “Self Service” menu:

In the Self Service menu you can click on Change password

In the “Change Password” page you must fill in the old and a new password following our password policy.

You will see this message when the password change was successful.

If you have forgotten your password you can let it reset by the system and send it to your stored email account. You have to change this interim password immediately upon your next logon. To do so click the link

In the WebCenter user management page you have to fill the Name field with your username/email and then click on the "Forgot password" button to reset the old password and send it to your email account.


Change your password after a reset
If your password was reset by the Helpdesk or yourself by sending a new one to your email address you have to change it after your first login. To do so, please click on the login page the link:

Log in with your username/email and the new password.

You will see this message when the password change was successful.
